We named our restaurant after the beautiful Gorgoli Valley, located 5km south of Mustafapaşa. In the older days, villagers organized summer festivities in this Valley, showcasing their culinary skills in a very relaxed and inspiring setting. Gorgoli Lounge & Eatery aims to honor this heritage by using local products, recipes and technics for formulating an authentic gastronomy experience. The highlight of this experience would be our signature tasting menu of “Hidden Treasures of Cappadocia”. You may also enjoy a lazy afternoon with a quick bite from our a la cart menu, a heavenly slice of homemade cake, freshly ground coffee, or house specialty herbal tea. Breakfast is also served in Gorgoli.
